Refund and Return Policy

At Click Culture, we want you to be completely satisfied with your Home & Kitchen products. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we are here to help.

30-Day Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

Please do not send your purchase directly back to the manufacturer or the address on the shipping label.

To start a return, you must contact us first atdelivery@clickculture.online. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package (we utilize local return centers for your convenience). Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. Please include a clear photo of the defect or damage. This allows us to evaluate the issue and immediately issue a free replacement or refund without the hassle of a physical return.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method (e.g., PayPal). Please remember it can take 3-5 business days for PayPal or your credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods, custom products, and personal care goods (e.g., used cleaning brushes). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
